Kids’ karate at Flais combines discipline, movement, and fun in a structured and motivating environment. The classes include warm-up games, coordination and conditioning exercises, as well as basic elements of traditional karate – kihon and kata.
The training develops strength, endurance, coordination, concentration, and self-discipline, while also building confidence and respect.
The classes are suitable for children aged 6 to 13, both beginners and those with prior experience. Kihon includes basic stances, strikes, and blocks performed in the air and in motion, while kata represents a sequence of techniques performed in different directions, simulating a fight with an imaginary opponent. The sessions support the development of both physical and mental qualities in a controlled environment.
Intensity: Medium to high – combines aerobic and functional load, suitable for children.
Duration of the session: 50 minutes.
The activity may lead to minor injuries typical for martial arts, such as bruises, strains, or temporary physical discomfort.
